Requirements of Registration Firms, Society and Non-Trading
Corporations, Govt. of West Bengal : Charge 1999.00 to 10000.00

 Eligible Criteria : Applicant should
be secretary or president of the society. 

Documents required : 

1. List of the names,
addresses, occupations, passport photo and signature of the members of the
governing body or executive committee duly signed by the president &
secretary of the society. 

2. Self Attested copy of PAN
Card and Aadhar Card of the members of the governing body or executive
committee. 

3. Self attested photocopy
of challan of the latest annual return. 

4. Self attested photocopy
of latest annual return money receipt. 

5. Audited accounts duly
signed by the president & secretary of the society (for the concerned financial
year). 

6. Annual Report (for the
concerned financial year) of the society duly signed by the president &
secretary.
